Smokin’ Pete’s sets Father’s Day BBQ and bourbon specials
Smokin’ Pete’s says it is preparing a Father’s Day weekend lineup at 5286 Rt 14, Geneva, NY 14456. The restaurant will be open 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and says it will operate no reservations, with first come first served.
For Saturday, 6/20, Smokin’ Pete’s will serve Dino Texas Beef Ribs. On Sunday, 6/21, it says it is bringing back the Tomahawk Ribeye, described as an average 3.25-lb reverse-seared steak. The menu description says the ribeye will be served over garlic herb Parmesan tater tots and topped with homemade chimichurri, along with two 8-oz sides and 2 pieces of cornbread.
Smokin’ Pete’s also listed a bourbon promotion for the weekend. It said $12 Blanton pours (1.5 oz) will be available all weekend, while supplies last.
Sunday bourbon schedule, according to the post:
- Samples from Old Lore Whiskey Company, plus Willett Pot Still Bourbon and Starlight Peach Whiskey, from 1-4 p.m.
- Horse Soldier Bourbon tastings from 1-3 p.m.
The post encouraged people to come celebrate and said the restaurant will have a selection for those viewing the weekend as a way to honor dads, those who have passed, and moms who have stepped up.
